A native Floridian, Joe Seidensticker’s passion for hospitality was sparked at a young age, growing up immersed in the culture of the renowned Gasparilla Inn, one of Florida’s top-rated resorts.
As the founder of Tableseide Restaurant Group and Clear Plate Concepts, Joe is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences while fostering a workplace where employees share his enthusiasm for hospitality. He oversees all concepts, spearheads development and consultation projects, and actively seeks new growth opportunities.
Known as the visionary and “concept guy” behind Tableseide and Clear Plate, Joe draws inspiration from global food and service trends, shaping brand standards across all properties. His expertise spans food, ambiance, personnel development, and marketing, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for both guests and employees.
Beyond his work in hospitality, Joe is deeply engaged in the community. He serves as VP of Restaurants for the Suncoast Chapter of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association and has held leadership roles with the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and EnsembleSRQ.

Joe Guli

Joe Guli is a seasoned culinary and business leader with a distinguished career shaping some of the industry’s most recognized restaurant brands. As the CEO of Tableseide Restaurant Group and Clear Plate Concepts, he continues to drive innovation and excellence in the hospitality space. Previously, Joe served as President of Scratch Concepts, Burger 21, and Grillsmith Restaurant Group, as well as Vice President of The Cheesecake Factory and Corporate Chef for Wolfgang Puck Restaurant Group. With a proven track record of executing successful strategies, he is committed to fostering a culture of exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
His leadership and innovation have earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the nation’s “40 Under 40” top executives in 2017, the Iron Chef title in the Tampa Market for the Children’s Cancer Foundation in 2012, and Culinarian of the Year for The Cheesecake Factory in 2004.
With Master’s degrees in Business Finance and the Culinary Arts, Joe brings a unique blend of financial expertise and culinary vision to every project. His deep-rooted passion for the Sarasota market drives his commitment to growth, innovation, and community engagement.
Joe believes that success in hospitality begins with a family-centric approach, both in business and in life. He applies this philosophy to every brand he leads, ensuring that employees and guests alike feel valued and connected. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his wife, Jessica, and their four children: Anthony, Giovanni, Julissa, and Janella.

Anthony Liakakos

Anthony Liakakos is a seasoned hospitality and open-air retail executive with over two decades of experience transforming ambitious concepts into thriving destinations. From fine dining institutions to dynamic public marketplaces, his leadership has shaped operations at some of the industry’s most respected names, including Jean-Georges Management, Armature Works, and Time Out Market.
As Chief Operating Officer of Armature Works and Senior Property Manager at SoHo Capital, Anthony played a key role in revitalizing a prominent waterfront property into a nationally recognized food and event destination. He has also supported global hospitality brands such as Time Out Market, leading post-COVID operational strategies across U.S. locations and helping them adapt to a rapidly evolving market.
Anthony’s roots in hospitality began at Jean-Georges Management, where he advanced from Bar Manager to Corporate Trainer, gaining firsthand insight into delivering world-class dining and beverage experiences. He later brought this expertise to Tableseide Restaurant Group and Craft Market Hospitality, where he drove brand expansion, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction throughout Florida’s vibrant culinary scene.
Known for his hands-on approach and operational creativity, Anthony specializes in reimagining underutilized spaces, aligning stakeholders, and executing high-impact development strategies. His collaborative leadership style makes him a trusted partner for developers and teams seeking to build lasting, community-driven experiences.
